看来原因就在这个 KB949325 上面, 看了下已安装的更新, 还真有这个家伙, 全称很长:

我终于明白上次 Silverlight 2 工具包在安装进度条到了100%之后, 我出去抽根烟又和同事聊了会儿天, 回来发现竟然还没有装好的原因了.
